Healthy Meal Planning (for an individual or family)
This involves working with you to create a meal plan that fits your needs. I will put together your weekly plan that includes recipes and a grocery list to help you get on track with your health.
Personal Grocery Shopping
Do you need help understanding food labels? Are you confused by the different types of fats? Do you walk through the natural section of a grocery store confused and not recognizing anything? I would be happy to help you! I can provide a grocery store lesson or I can do your shopping for you! Soon you will be cooking and eating healthy foods like acai, quinoa, and pepitas.
I would be happy to sit down with you and go over what you are currently eating and cooking. We could discuss how you prepare your foods and plan your meals. I could evaluate ways you could change and improve your health and fit healthy cooking and living into your lifestyle.
If you are don’t have the time or the interest to prepare healthy meals for yourself or your family, I can help! I will shop and prepare meals for you that fit your dietary guidelines and will help you meet your goals.
